that's what the tag of the new generation of 'premium-jeans' says. It means made by hand. They are made of so called 'Japanese-Denim'. This fabric is made by antique Shuttle looms which make the cloth more dense then 'usual' denim and give it a caracteristic structure. Because of that the jeans develop a very special used look. Furthermore 'Japanese denim' is not pure cotton but mixed with either silk or cashmere. Silk for the summer. Cashmere for winter.
